Purpose, Processing Period, and Additional Information

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • to provide electronic services related to the website (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • to take actions at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, including contacting, responding to inquiries, preparing, and sending an offer (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • to provide legal services and execute the concluded contract for such services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Additionally, personal data will be processed:

  • in cases of sending correspondence for matters other than those indicated above, for the purpose of communication and managing correspondence, which constitutes the fulfillment of our legitimate interest in conducting business-related correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • for resolving issues related to the operation of our IT systems, ensuring their proper functioning and the high quality of the services provided, as well as for verifying the correct implementation of solutions within the IT systems used by us, including the proper recording and collection of personal data – this is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring proper service delivery, high quality of services, and resolving technical problems and failures (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and is also necessary for the proper execution of contracts and the provision of services (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • for analytical purposes, including the selection and creation of services, optimization of our products, and the improvement of customer service processes based on the analysis of sales and post-sales processes (including complaints), which constitutes our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • for archival and evidentiary purposes, in order to safeguard information in the event of a legal need to demonstrate facts (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims, which constitutes our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • for evaluating customer satisfaction, which constitutes our legitimate interest in determining the quality of the services provided, customer support, and the level of customer satisfaction with our products and services (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

At the offer stage, personal data will be processed for the period necessary to conclude the contract and, in the event that the offer is not accepted, for the duration of its validity.
